Shipping & Returns

Delivery Time
All of our pieces are made to order. Production time is approximately 3–6 weeks. Once your order is placed, we will provide an estimated ship date within 2–3 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.

Shipping Service
Orders ship via express service with UPS or FedEx. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order leaves our studio.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping within the continental United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Returns: We hope you treasure every piece, but if your order isn’t quite right, you may submit a return within 15 days of delivery. Currently we are offering free returns. Simply email us at info@holaestudioalba.com with your return details, and we’ll provide a shipping label within 24 hours. Custom designs and jewelry can't be returned. 

Additional Information
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. International orders may be subject to duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Once an order is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
