Once ready, your order ships via FedEx 2-Day Priority, and you’ll receive a confirmation as soon as it’s on its way.
Q: How do I return my order?
A: We hope you treasure every piece, but if your order isn’t quite right, you may submit a return within 15 days of delivery. Simply email us at info@holaestudioalba.com
with your return details, and we’ll provide a shipping label within 24 hours.
Q: Why does it take 3–6 weeks to receive my order?
A: Every piece is made to order, and in some cases we source gold and silver directly from our Peruvian miners to fulfill an order. While this means a longer production timeline, it ensures exceptional quality, ethical sourcing, and a piece made just for you. Trust us—the wait is worth it. A: Your piece is covered against manufacturing defects and normal wear for 5 years. After that, we offer a lifetime repair service for a small fee.

A: Yes! We accept broken or unwanted jewelry from any brand, helping ensure the precious metals are reused instead of going to landfill.
Q: How does the buy-back program work?
A: Return your pieces to us for proper recycling or reuse, and we’ll give you 20% off your next purchase as a thank-you for supporting sustainability.
